• Agenda Sonora is a non-commercial site.
• You grant Agenda Sonora a license to display content you submit (events, text, images).
• You confirm you have rights to upload posters and information, and that listings are accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• We may remove or amend content, including for moderation, legal, or spam reasons.
• Listings are provided without warranty of accuracy or availability.

Privacy and cookies

We do not use advertising or marketing cookies. We process limited personal data to run the service:

• Authentication cookies (`ga_editor`, `ga_mod`): keep you signed in as an editor or moderator after you log in (httpOnly; editor ~30 days, moderator ~12 hours).
• Session edit cookies (`ga_event_*`, `ga_band_*`, `ga_venue_*`): allow editing a listing you just created in the same browser session until you claim it by email (session cookies; cleared when the browser closes).
• Language preference cookie (`NEXT_LOCALE`): remembers English or Spanish UI when you switch language or when the URL locale differs from your browser language (strictly necessary for bilingual UI).
• Browser storage: map position and browse UI state (`localStorage` / `sessionStorage`) so the map and list remember your last view; not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
• Analytics: Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights measure traffic and performance with cookieless, aggregated data (no advertising profiles).
• Personal data we process: email for magic-link login and ownership claims; reporter email and message on the report form; IP addresses for rate limiting abuse; ownership records for claimed listings.
• Optional YouTube embeds (privacy-enhanced / youtube-nocookie) appear only on band pages that include a video; loading that embed may involve Google processing data.
• To exercise access or deletion rights for your editor account data, contact us through the report page.
